Sales agreements :
-Bookings are only guaranteed after paying a safety deposit, which will be deducted from the total bill at the end of your stay.
-Rates might be changed, regarding the number of persons staying in the room.
-The rates are guaranteed for a confirmed booking. Those rates might change for any future stay.
-According to the law, the safety deposit isn’t refundable , we will keep it in case of no-show or booking cancellation.
-In case of a cancellation, and if we manage to rent the room without any loss on it’s regular rate, your safety deposit we be usable on any further stay for the coming year, counting from the date of cancellation.
-In case of No-show or booking cancelation only 24 hours prior to your check-in day, we’ll claim the full amount of your stay (depending on the current rates).
-Check-in time is 03:00 pm, check-out time is noon.
-Any Spa care canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment will be billed.
-For any stay during a week-end or non-working day, we will ask you to have at least one meal at our restaurant (excluding breakfast and summer menu). Lunch or dinner is up to you. In case of cancellation, we’ll charge 23 euros per person (rates 2008).
-We accept small pets . An additional daily fee will be charged. Any pet whose size or behaviour might disturb our guests will not be allowed into the restaurant.
-We accept all the common credit cards (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express, Diners).
-We remind you that since we dont assume night shifts, you have to carefully mention your expected time of arrival.
