The Restaurant Les Grands Arbres at La Verte Vallée was completely renovated in 2019. The sleek decor helps create a calm and welcoming environment, bringing out the best of our chef Thony Billon’s creative cuisine. The contemporary spaces have been specially designed to create a light and airy yet intimate environment.
The restaurant and terrace are open every day for lunch and dinner. The menu changes with the seasons and based on the chef’s creative impulses.

Served as a buffet, our breakfast offers a wide range of food. Enjoy the likes of fruit juice, pastries, Alsatian cakes (including the famous kugelhopf), fruit salad, fresh and dried fruit, yoghurt, various cereals, boiled or scrambled eggs, bacon, and salmon, as well as a large range of bread, cheese and cold meats.
To be sure to find the perfect accompaniment to your meal, we have a cellar with over 400 different wines. With a generous selection of local Grands Crus wines, our cellar also includes vintages from around the world and from sustainable vineyards. Our sommelier is on hand to help you make the perfect choice.
We are pleased to inform you that the restaurant Les Grands Arbres will be open again on Sunday and Monday evenings with a buffet formula starting April 10. A large choice of appetizers, followed by fish or meat, a cheese cart and a dessert buffet.
The pool area is now reserved for adults from 5 to 8 pm to enjoy a moment of pure relaxation.
